One wonders why deal probably need TV special support for Windows 7 . You could certainly easily connect the TV to the HDMI output of its graphics card and then use it as a second monitor. With the right remote control can be operated then the Windows Media Center.
But that's even easier. The new Toshiba XV733 and XV743 TV namely support direct streaming
Windows Media Player (which only needs a setting changed) over the network onto the screen. Prerequisite is, of course, an Ethernet connection for the TV or an Access Point can be connected to the Toshiba XV733 and XV743.
Another way the Toshiba software "Media Controller" is also very easy with the DLNA streaming can be enabled.
